![]() The only issues we had was the membrane was up against the boys face but we still managed to get a photo of 3/4 of his face. The man we had was fantastic and managed to get great pictures - I have a couple of photos from it on this site so have a look. The 4d part is just basically a dvd showing what you see on the screen while you are in there - it's the 3d part that is amazing and you can actually see what your babies are looking like in detail. I have to admit that we have had quite a few 3d/4d scans and I think that they are amazing. But if they can't see anything they don't give you a lot of money back I would say if you can spare the money and you really want it done then go for it as you might never be pregnant with twins again. It's funny because he's a shy baby now lol. Jack had the cord right in front of his face so you couldn't see him that much and Liam seemed to know we were watching him and everytime she put it over him he would bury his head into the uterine wall. I have to admit it's amazing to see and I wish that we'd been able to get pictures but we both said we were glad we didn't pay the money as they didn't play ball and we didn't think it was worth the money. But at the 26 week scan we had a different sonographer who said how much she liked scanning twins and after the growth scan she picked up the other scanning prober thing (don't know what it's called) and pressed a button and there they were in 4D. I would have liked one done but I couldn't justify spending the £130 when we had so much to buy, plus I was made redundant when I was 8 weeks pregnant so was just temping in a call centre. The scanning place would be able to tell you when would be the best time to get the scan done.
